About Us

PhysioFit is a physical therapy and Therapeutic Pilates clinic in Los Altos, CA. We help people move better, feel better, and live more actively — and we do it in an environment that feels more like a community than a clinic. Our clients aren't just patients; they're people we know by name, and we treat them that way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming clients and creating a consistently warm, positive experience from the moment they walk in
• Managing schedules, handling calls and emails, and keeping things organized behind the scenes
• Learning our systems quickly and helping things run smoothly day-to-day
• Bringing energy, initiative, and good ideas to a team that genuinely wants to hear them

What We're Looking For

• You're a people person — you can hold a real conversation with someone you just met and make them feel at ease
• You're organized and self-directed — you manage your time well and don't need to be micromanaged
• You're a fast learner — comfortable picking up new software and processes without much hand-holding
• You're proactive — you notice what needs to be done and do it
• You take feedback well and see it as a chance to get better
• Some customer-facing experience is a plus (retail, food service, campus jobs, volunteering — it all counts)

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time, 20–30 hours/week
• Monday–Friday, with every other Saturday
• $20–$23/hour depending on experience
• We're hoping to find someone interested in staying beyond a single semester — but we're open to talking about what works for you
