We're a private, out-of-network outpatient clinic in Los Altos — and we operate nothing like the high-volume settings most therapists are trying to leave. What you'll do

Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health patients with the time and individualized focus they deserve. You'll document in our electronic health system, collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team, and — if you're interested — learn cutting-edge regenerative therapies as part of your professional development.

What we're looking for

Active California Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification
Passion for outpatient orthopedics; pelvic health experience or interest is a strong plus
Collaborative, positive team player who communicates well
Pilates Rehab, Graston, or Cupping experience is a bonus — not required
Availability late afternoons, early evenings, or Saturdays is helpful but not required

Compensation & benefits

Full-time annual$90,000 – $135,200
Part-time hourly$41.00 – $65.00+

Pay ranges reflect our profit-sharing model: therapists earn more when patients return and refer others — which they do, consistently. Our current therapists regularly hit the higher end of these ranges. Full details shared with interested candidates.
